Volunteer sign in instructions

 

 

Using the computer at the school: Click on the Focus  icon on the desktop,  or

 

If signing on at home: Go to https://focus.pcsb.org/focus

Please use Fire Fox, Google Chrome or Safari…do not use Internet Explorer

 

Sign in:

User Name:  v.lastnamefirstinitial – all lower case, no spaces

Password:  Lastname4digitbirthyear – first letter capitalized

Click on View all Programs (mid screen, left side)

Click Add Hours under Volunteer drop down

(Activate if you haven’t logged in this year)

Make sure school designation is correct

Select hours from drop down

Choose job description and location from drop down

Click Enter These Hours

If correct, click on Log out at bottom right of screen
